Operated on AWS, with a REST API built with Express, using TypeScript and Node.js, documented with Swagger, and utilized DynamoDB for tracking cookies, consents, and more. Webhooks were applied for integrations such as Stripe.A particular challenge for Juan was learning PHP from scratch and creating a WordPress plugin that integrated this solution within a week. It was immensely satisfying for him to see the positive reviews from users who installed his plugin, which remains published in the WordPress store. He also worked on integrations with NuvemShop and TiendaNube, among other platforms, using Node.js. One of the most valuable lessons Juan learned was the importance of data protection and how companies manage these issues.Among his contributions, Juan developed a highly optimized frontend using Preact, a lightweight version of React, which could be injected into any website as a script to display a widget like a cookie banner. He created an SDK called Universal Consent SDK, a tool for developers to integrate user consent functionality into their code.Juan worked extensively on i18n support, not only for the mentioned widget in multiple languages but also for the admin platform. In the admin platform, he led the development of several new features, mentored a new Junior Developer, and conducted code reviews. The admin platform integrated Stripe for payments and used React and TypeScript.Additionally, Juan had the opportunity to collaborate directly with the sales team on a landing page using Next.js, focusing on SEO to improve sales.

Kiri is a startup dedicated to solving a wide range of B2B sales challenges. As part of the company, Juan directly contributed to digitizing the commercial operations of numerous traditional businesses by applying business intelligence to enhance sales and also integrating ERPs.Overall, Juan worked on the entire lifecycle of new features and bug fixing, both on the backend along with infrastructure, and on the frontend for both mobile and web. This included designing and creating backlog stories using ClickUp, as well as implementation, testing, and release to production.- Developed and maintained the entire integration system with ERPs, including the infrastructure. This involved using vanilla JavaScript with the Express.js framework to develop a REST API and a set of cron jobs with PM2 on a cloud solution provided by DigitalOcean.- Created a custom solution for companies whose ERPs did not expose any APIs. He used node-windows package to develop a daemon that synchronized data bi-directionally by connecting directly to the local database.
