- Managing the hunting and selection processes for LATAM's middle and senior profiles requirements (Fullstack developers, QA roles, Cloud Architects, SAP Specialists, DBAs, Data Engineers, BI Specialists, Data Scientists, SysAdmin, Designers, among others).- Conducting interviews for cultural fit, english proficiency and technical validations.- Coordinating joint interviews along the client's tech department, do follow up actions and negotiate with internal clients to ensure assignments in a timely manner.- Managing my assigned recruitment team to match both internal and client's expectations.- Giving updates and feedback to our candidates according to the process' stage.

- Collaborating with High-Potentials mapping process and the execution of action plans for talent retention: training, mentoring, courses assignments.- Providing support in the update and gathering of information for the company's internal job profiles.- Conducting decision-making dashboards in both Excel and Tableau for talent KPI follow up.- Taking part on the making of the Annual Training Grid for white collars.

- Sourcing and management of candidate's database.- Posting job requirements on platforms such as LinkedIn, Talently, Bumeran, IT communities, Discord, etc.- Filtering potential candidates from our internal database.- Phone or video call' screening, so as soft skills and english validations.- Coordinating interviews between candidates and stakeholders.- Drafting and delivering reports on the candidates shortlist.Main recruited profiles: Software engineers so as back/front devs (Javascript, Java, Python, PHP, C#), mobile devs (both native and cross platforms apps) and web developers (Wordpress, Joomla, WooCommerce) | UX/UI Designers | Cyber security specialists | Testing & QA specialists | Managers (PM, Tech leads, POs).
