I am responsible for building relationships between customers and Zenoss. Armed with social media and various tools, I uncover pains within companies and show the benefits of a partnership and joining the Zenoss family. I work very closely with sales and Global Account Directors to uncover business trends and new approaches to find companies that will benefit from our services. Aligned to Marketing, I also travel to trade shows and add my personal touch to spark new relationships with customers that I help foster into long standing partnerships.

I support a team of OpenStack specialist, that covers the East Coast. I am tasked with the responsiblity of seeking out strategic accounts, that would be the perfect fit for Rackspace and OpenStack. With social media, cold calling, email, and countless other resources at my disposal, I hunt for these opportunities to grow the business and grow pipeline for OpenStack.

I am responsible for hunting for new logos for Rackspace. Part of my job title is to uncover new customer business needs and offer solutions. Once needs have been pinpointed I handle quotes for the customer and see the sales cycle through until P.O. is in hand. I am educated in AWS, AZURE, and OpenStack cloud offerings.

I am responsible for constructing end to end solutions for clients all over the United States. I, along with the help of a team of experts, construct enterprise IT solutions and offer services alongside those solutions to help make customers' IT needs seemless and effortless. I'm certified in Power Vault, EqualLogic, Sonicwall, and Compellent.

I helped solve customers' connectivity issues by offering complete solutions to match their everyday life wants and needs. I also created complete solutions for small businesses in the Georgetown area on the mobile end and on the connectivity end of their business needs.
