Coordinate and Supervise all trades involved in new construction of single family homes and/or multifamily projects. Ensure that trade partners perform at a fast pace while delivering outstanding quality throughout the whole project. Lead a work with a group of assistants and technicians with ONE common goal - Meet or Exceed Customer Expectations. Obtain CofO according to the schedule and meet quarterly demands from corporate. Maintain communication and a good professional relation with City Inspectors, Public Works Inspectors, Engineers, Architects, Sales and Marketing teams, Trade Partners (Sub-Contractors) as well as corporate personnel.

Review plans, create construction schedule, manage subcontractors, work with city inspectors, contractors, assistants and every person and process in the construction of hundreds of Single Family homes, 4 sets of models homes. Achieved and maintained the highest quality and customer satisfaction scores with JD Powers. As a construction manager I worked in challenging projects which I managed to complete ahead of schedule and exceptional quality.

I started as an Assistant Superintendent working at Oakwood Development. Within seven months I was running the project after my supervisor got promoted. A few months later I was later chosen to lead my the companies' newer project. While at Oakwood Dev. I helped start and manage 4 sets of model homes and two phases of single family homes construction.
