Provide benefit information to Wells Fargo employees for their medical, dental, and vision benefits. During open enrollment we would guide employees to their annual benefit portal to sign up for their benefits. Discussed next year’s benefits such as details per a variety of plans as well as cost per pay period. If needed, we would manually enroll an employee for their 2019 benefits.

Investigate car insurance claims with either the insured or third party which consists of making outbound calls, set up the initial vehicle damage check, set up the collision repairs, make rental reservations, if able to then complete claim and close it.
