Argus D-Tect is dedicated to the development of technological devices. By the moment I started working with this company, the team was mainly focused on a medical device to measure blood flow in graft transplants. The job consisted in the development of the business area of this project (market studies, financial projections, the business model, among others).

This job consisted on making a constant revision of the internal processes of the company. Based on the results, the necessary changes were made in order to have more efficient operations.
