I consider myself a hybrid technical product owner / project manager for software. I started out as a coder for web applications and since then discovered my natural ability in leading development teams and solving problems. I like breaking down projects and challenges into small and feasible tasks which helps the team progress faster.During my 15+ years of experience in information technology I have had many hats from being a programmer for windows and web applications to managing different teams in simultaneous projects. I have acted as a solution architect, database schema architect, lead developer, tester, project manager, customer support and account manager for projects of difference sizes.I have confirmed repeatedly that one major key for success is communication at all levels. I strongly believe in the scrum methodology with the daily stand-ups which really promotes communication and helps remove impediments. When I work with teams, I emphasize the need for good communication for both the good and the bad. I aim to be an asset for the team and not just a "problem" or just someone else to report to.What I like to do:- working with and leading development teams- understanding client's challenges and coming up with solutions- Backlog grooming & prioritization - write requirements- wireframes/mockups- software architecture- technical R&DMy dream job would be:- I would work with a team of analysts, programmers, UI/UX designers, testers and have frequent project discussions with a whiteboard. We, as a team, decide what to do next and how to do it. We would have frequent iterations of the project until successful completion.Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
