●To monitor efficiency while pushing revenue growth in the online aquisition channel ●Looking after promotions, stock updates and online merchandise/integrations ● Marketing budget management ●Revenue share on: CPA,CPC,CPO and hybrids. ●Metrics monitored: Clicks, Unique Visitors, Conversion Rate, Turnover, EPC and efficiency ratios (Spend/TTV) &(Spend/Revenue) ●Managing both tracking solutions Tradedoubler & CJ ●Responsible for owning existing publishers and optimize TOP performing ones ●To make new publishers acquisition possible (2nd aff network + deduping) ●To increase % of reactivation for bulk affiliates (incentives, promotions) ●To negotiate segments, positioning and commissions in order to push revenue

●To implement and manage online aquisition traffic channels: (PPC+Affiliates ) ●To push a traffic/conversion growth while keeping optimum efficiencies ratios ●To establish new traffic sources both on CPA and CPC. ●To roll out succesfully social media actions to generate leads for customer retention activity.●To direct external online marketing agencies.

●Working with both affiliate networks (Tradedoubler, Webgains, Affiliates Future) and direct affiliation programs with a great new business push.●Spotting, analyzing and evaluating potential affiliate’ sites using specific criteria and tools in order to promote, if feasible, a revenue share stream CPA being these ones 90% of the deals closed, also covering CPC, CPO and hybrids deals.●To establish and negotiate the contractual terms (commission, integration, promotion, SEO campaign, payment, etc) and then looking after the process of stock integration in the affiliate’ site (Link, White label or XML)●Once fully integrated the affiliate traffic is managed in order to increase their conversion rate therefore making our stock as successful as possible on their site while continuing to advise the affiliate on product/stock updates, commission changes, etc●To monitor the performance of our competitors, their sources of traffic, the quality of affiliate of traffic, generating and raiding traffic sources●Other responsibilities; managing online marketing internal training, responsible for interviewing new candidates, in charge of managing various departmental projects.
