As the Chief Development Officer at Hispanic Heritage Foundation, I lead the fundraising and strategy for a national non-profit that empowers and recognizes Hispanic students and professionals. With over 30 years of experience in the non-profit sector, I have a proven track record of creating strategic partnerships and innovative programming that advance the mission and vision of the organizations I serve.My passion and expertise lie in the field of economic and community development, especially in the areas of education, Hispanic, and women's issues. I am a published author and speaker on these topics, and I actively volunteer for initiatives that promote economic opportunities for women and girls. I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College. I am also a graduate of the prestigious Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School as well as the National Urban Fellows.
