Juan Bonet, lawyer, mainly works in Corporate, M&A and tax complex issues. His experience includes participation in corporate consulting, tax consulting, local and international tax planning, M&A and tax litigation. He advices many clients in areas like energy, infrastructure, retail, banking and finance, wealth tax planning, individual and corporate tax planning (domestic and international), financial taxation, FATCA-CRS, tax inspections and procedures, hydrocarbons taxation, among others. He is member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). He is Director of the Uruguayan Institute of Tax Studies (“IUET”) (since 2015).
