I have more than 30 years of experience on hotel administration from full service to limited service and resorts. I also have vast experience in Sales and Marketing as well in Revenue Management. Worked in hotel chains like IHG (Holiday Inn & Holiday Inn Express), Camino Real, Barceló Hotels, Hampton Inn, Comfort Suites, Country Inn and Suites, Fairfield Inn, Courtyard, Microtel. Some of the hotels outside of the USA and some in the USA. I have trained employees in every single department of the hotel industry and since I am bilingual I have more results on areas where language barrier is a challenge.I have experience in opening new hotels as well to turning around distressed properties, through dynamic sales and marketing campaign followed up with hands on management, love the industry and probably will be in it for many more years to come.
