My passion and know-how meet to help organizations and individuals understand how diversity can be honored and impelled to generate more inclusive and equal societies that lead to more dignified lives.I count on more than 10 years of experience in the fields of diversity and inclusion, especially in what is related to gender/sex, ethnicities, youth, and intersectionalities. I am a consultant who offers my help to identify problems, propose solutions, and design tools that lead to sustainable change and transfer knowledge and skills to those who need it the most. I enrich my consulting process with my constant curiosity for the arts, cultural diversity, history, and socio-economic and political global dynamics.Being Colombian and having worked with peace-building and social development initiatives/projects, -besides making me proud-, has enriched me with complex contextualization related to societal transformations, peace-making and reconciliation, and armed conflict implications.I recognize the tools and approaches of behavioral science as means and solutions to many of the challenges identified by the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice; this is due to its potential to reduce factors that strengthen conditions of discrimination and social exclusion. That's why, back in 2021, -along with Sheila Burkhardt, my business partner, and friend- I decided to found Estudio Plural (www.estudio-plural.co), an applied behavioral science studio and lab with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion fields.
