• Lead the planning and implementation of the construction plan, ensuring that it stayed on schedule by resolving resource conflicts and removing obstacles.

• Promoted to General Manager. Improved operations, decreased turnaround times, streamlined work processes, and worked cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless project delivery.
• Launched new projects across Morocco ensuring delivery within specification, time and on budget.
• Involved in the sale of 50% of the Moroccan division of the business for the value of €169 million.

• Project managed the development of a tourist resort in Saidia on 713 Ha of land. €450 million investment.
• Successfully delivered the construction objectives through leading 225 employees.
• Overall responsibility for the construction of 3 hotels (3,200 beds), 1 golf course, a Marina (800 boats), 1,800 units (houses and apartments), and 100% of infrastructure.
• Built and sold 3,000 social houses for the employees during this period.

• Managed a multi-disciplinary team of 30 staff (Engineers, Architects and Technicians), instructing, coaching and directing them with respect to construction, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Overall responsibility for the delivery of 35 multi-disciplinary projects within project timeline cost and budget.

• Promoted to General Manager. Prepared bids for tender and proposals for new business opportunities, successfully securing 4 construction projects worth €3 million.
