• Project managed the development of a tourist resort in Saidia on 713 Ha of land. €450 million investment. • Successfully delivered the construction objectives through leading 225 employees.• Overall responsibility for the construction of 3 hotels (3,200 beds), 1 golf course, a Marina (800 boats), 1,800 units (houses and apartments), and 100% of infrastructure.• Built and sold 3,000 social houses for the employees during this period.
