Responsible for leading financial processes, planning the south region. In this period, I was able to implement different initiatives such as Finance specialization, Offline Settlement (Pioneer in that process), a Centralized collection which has helped us to reduce our AR overdue.

• Responsible for overall business administration, planning and finance in Yucatan and Campeche, one of the largest operation in Mexico, leading and managing a team of 33 people.• Contributions: Achieved operational excellence in accounting, finance and administrative processes, second place in the national ranking of the company regarding these areas. Increased profits and profitability in more than 20% through the implementation of strict financial tracking systems, as well as decreased account receivables for more than 85 millions mxp in the last 3 years. Recognized by building excellent relationships with the team of the region , consolidating the position as business partner in the area. Implemented initiatives to standardize processes in the area, reducing administrative processes based on innovative proposals of control.

 Responsible for the overall development of the businesses (sales, management and expansion) of a chain of more than 1,200 stores. Pioneer in the implementation of nocturnal supervision, rotating shifts on weekends,increasing productivity by more than 15%, decreasing missing sales by over 20%. Ranked in the national TOP 5 by increasing the performance and productivity of the stores. Managing the expansion of the chain by more than 250 retail points.

 Responsible for leading the processes of planning, financial reporting and management of the southeast region, preparing its financial plan. Collaborated closely with the business teams of the each state to define and assign anually the budgets and investments in order to reach their goals. Provided detailed analysis and recommendations for each management in order to create a strong business plan (commercially and financially )
