About 40 million €.- Propose the necessary adjustments when I find an error.- Calculate and analyze KPIs.Specialist Accounting:- Supervise the monthly accounting closing.- Control the Opex and Capex variations.- Prepare TAX information (VAT, Intrastat, 347, WHT, 349).- Supervise the inventory to detect obsolescence risk.- Relations with external auditors. I collaborate in preparing the Financial Statements.- Supervise the Payroll.- Treasury: o At the end of each month I calculate the Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO). o Calculate future cash flows.Achievements: - Implement a plan to reduce the time spent on accounting closing in one day, distributing task and simplifying- Establish a new corporate SAP.- Establish a work plan to reduce Opex cost in the company.- Reduce the obsolescence of inventory materials, finding customers to sell them the materials each month.- Establish work routines learned from the MBA to do the work of my partners more efficient. I have always liked to train people. When I was the team leader I liked to spend time with each team member to show them why we were in that customer and why they tasks were so important.
