Anchor tenants include popular brands like Target, Sprouts, Total Wine, and Five Below, adding convenience and variety to the local shopping experience.Responsibilities:- Managed critical building systems, including fire safety (sprinklers and alarm), electrical, plumbing, mechanical (MEP inspections), and elevators, ensuring compliance with safety and code standards.- Supported the project team in obtaining the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) by coordinating inspections and resolving outstanding issues.- Assisted with the project turnover and closeout process, including final inspections, managing trade partners’ punch lists, facilitating owner punch list walkthroughs, and preparing as-built drawings and documentation for submission.
