A graduate of Fordham University with a degree in Computer Science, Carlos has been on the front lines of some of the largest challenges facing the modern education landscape and infrastructure. Recognized as one of the nation's leading voices in Computer Science Advocacy and Implementation, Carlos has been a part of some of the most successful workforce initiatives that include research conducted by the Office of Planning, Research & Evaluation (OPRE).
