I also worked on Marketing Initiatives - spreading the word about Wyncode both digitally and physically =) Students spend 9 weeks writing 10,000 lines of code in their quest to be Ruby on Rails developers. Upon completion of the program, graduates will have received intensive training in Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, in addition to acquiring soft skills like business and leadership skills. Students also work with local businesses and schools to strengthen the Miami tech community and Wyncode is serious about incorporating relaxation and fun into the curriculum- expect weekly activities like yoga, cross fit, sailing and go-karting. Manage the day to day operations and assist in all facets of laying the groundwork, launching, and scaling of Year Up’s Professional Training Corps (PTC) model in Miami, Florida. Develop and maintain corporate partnerships as well as create the program vision and structure (including curriculum design and implementation).

Responsible for recruiting and enrolling a class of 80 qualified students for the Year Up program every six months and ensure smooth transitions in each phase of the applicant process. Responsible for the entire admissions process from outreach to assessment to database management and ensure consistent improvement in the admissions process through implementation and maintenance of systems.
