Current- Check daily and monthly sales.- Check, print out, confirm and approve price change, stock adjustment, re-class, write off and stock adjustment Flip Flop for all department.- Refresh pivot daily sales, customer traffic, MYC, and tracer for report.- Check, confirm, and approve target sales by month and by event.- Print out cash memo and stock card for all department.- Monitoring backup data sales.- Monitoring and maintenance antivirus for all PC (SOPHOS Antivirus).- Support all department to analyze the case of sales outside of the database provisions and provide appropriate solutions to support the accuracy of margin.- Help analyze the shrinkage and excess in the entire department in order to support inventory control.- Support store cashier to maintenance and troubleshooting POS Machine (WINCOR Nixdorf Beetle Series and application TPDotNet).- Support prepare the line of voice and LAN for installation atrium, either use an existing building or additional lines. using either a wired or WIFI.- Support Stock Take and Hampers.- Set Up, Monitoring and Maintenance LAN Configure at Store.- Create documentation for voice and data lines since the beginning of the installation and follow any changes made.- Monitoring VPN IP from regional store to Headquater.- Check external situation for analysis.- Monitoring POS, server POS, e-mail, server mail, and Informix's networks.- Query from database to make sales report as required by the format analyzer.- Provide input and ideas for improvement in terms of both the report and the infrastructure for smooth operation.- Report for Operation, Store Manager and IT Manager.
