Project Engineer LeadChevron Jan 2018 - Dec 2018Wheatstone Gas Plant - Engaged Via Airswift, WaFast paced role where I led the Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) Team comprising of 3 Asset Management Engineers. I ensured all deadlines/budgets were achieved whilst ensuring realignment of previous studies /new assets (±25.000). Other aspects of the role included:• Provided technical guidance, training and on the job support to the team.• Identified and monitored project progress KPIs and reported to management teams.• Reported on and presented impact of team’s work on maintenance in the plant.• Ensured digital assets (reliability and equipment data) quality.• Liaised with a broad range of project stakeholder and provided insight into best practice. ✪ Key Achievements ✪• Facilitated a smooth transition from the Houston team to the local Perth team.• Aligned EEHA (electrical equipment hazardous area) construction data with Chevron’s CMMS (JDE) as well as key performance standards based on latest construction data.• Centralised all reliability data in an SQL server which enabled several other Chevron entities to access and use reliability data which was a major project - Implemented all process to smoothly transition from reliability software to a database architecture, including data quality controls, user and data logging• Facilitated data management transition to operations and met chevron’s expectations - completed 94% of the project on the established timeline. -
Asset Management Consultant (Fifo)Chevron Nov 2016 - Dec 2017Wheatstone Gas Plant - Engaged Via Airswift, Onslow, Western Australia► Completed all carry over work from Houston along with any newly identified tasks associated with the overall Maintenance/Asset Integrity Management build process. Other role duties: • Created hierarchy and subclasses for the equipment/asset registers.• Carried out detailed reliability (RCM) studies on maintainable plant. • Created asset hierarchy across 45K assets and gather relevant data.• Liaised closely with key internal/external stakeholders in the business.• Developed cross validation checks to enable team members to see tag status.• Utilised RCM techniques to determine the task, task type etc.• Provided technical, in-depth support for interface between construction and operations. ✪ Key Achievements ✪• Created a suite of Quality Assurance (QA) and control tools for the whole team (±10 people) that allowed users to validate that the written procedure for RCM tool was carried out, aligns safety specifications along with risk based inspections of what was being built. This led to increased plant safety. • Consolidated all ±40 units into a single dynamic form/report that allows access to previous studies serving as a pivotal guideline for future studies. (Reference Report)• Acted as Technical Assistant for project management and provided data, query results and reports on demand for the team lead. Achieved major costs savings as a result of strategic data manipulation. -

Gorgon Gas Plant reviews their performance standards and 2. Potential errors that were created while building the maintenance program. Main scopes of work included:• Established a PS Validation process that allowed the validation for each PS.• Cross checked documentation available in the PS Documents and JDE.• Validation included Asset Register Build, Model Work Order Validation.• Compiled report to PS Stakeholders and managed the solutions.✪ Key Achievement ✪• Selected by management to work at Wheatstone and successfully completed a full handover of project. -

Main role duties consisted of:• Ensured all work was completed exactly as per specification and to standard. • Consolidated maintenance tasks generated by RCM teams into models and packages.• Analysed RCM tasks to establish their feasibility and effectiveness.• Managed the consolidation process of assigned units.• Aligned work order groupings of multidisciplinary engineers into efficient packages.• Updated the consolidated information with proposed modifications.• Worked closely with other maintenance and management stakeholders in the business.✪ Key Achievements ✪• Created a database that correlated and displayed relationships between assets, maintenance tasks and work order packages. This database allowed the user to improve their work order package grouping and would automatically find potential errors.• Created a Bad Actor Report Tool as a potential tool that grabs data from JDE and identifies the worst performers in a specific period. This tool is still being used by the reliability and engineer team in Chevron.• Successfully executed the PM duplication from Train 1 to Trains 2 and 3 in Gorgon Gas Plant.• Designed and implemented multiple algorithms that would estimate and report the resources required to execute preventive maintenance (PM) actions according to the created maintenance packages.• Managed the maintenance package duplication process, which consisted of replicating the consolidated maintenance packages to similar Gas Trains of similar assets making the process. -
