► In this role I am embedded with Chevron 75% of the time as a Maintenance Engineer to develop, design, procure and implement Asset Management systems which includes Asset Register Builds and Reliability Analysis. ► When not engaged with Chevron, I step into a Lead Asset Management Engineer role and assist the Crystalise business across proposals, project management, business planning, budgets and business development. Typical duties at Chevron include but are not limited to:• Provide technical leadership and support to Asset Management Consultants.• Appraise Asset Management campaigns and Reliability/Maintenance investment options. • Complete translation of investment options into detailed investment plans.• Manage asset creation/acquisition/disposal methodologies. • Identify, measure and evaluate asset related risks and potential disruptions.• Develop, maintain and communicate asset management plan(s) and specific policies. • Implement Digital Asset Management Strategies and find cost effective solutions.

Fast paced role where I led the Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) Team comprising of 3 Asset Management Engineers. I ensured all deadlines/budgets were achieved whilst ensuring realignment of previous studies /new assets (±25.000). Other aspects of the role included:• Provided technical guidance, training and on the job support to the team.• Identified and monitored project progress KPIs and reported to management teams.• Reported on and presented impact of team’s work on maintenance in the plant.• Ensured digital assets (reliability and equipment data) quality.• Liaised with a broad range of project stakeholder and provided insight into best practice. ✪ Key Achievements ✪• Facilitated a smooth transition from the Houston team to the local Perth team.• Aligned EEHA (electrical equipment hazardous area) construction data with Chevron’s CMMS (JDE) as well as key performance standards based on latest construction data.• Centralised all reliability data in an SQL server which enabled several other Chevron entities to access and use reliability data which was a major project - Implemented all process to smoothly transition from reliability software to a database architecture, including data quality controls, user and data logging• Facilitated data management transition to operations and met chevron’s expectations - completed 94% of the project on the established timeline.

► Completed all carry over work from Houston along with any newly identified tasks associated with the overall Maintenance/Asset Integrity Management build process. Other role duties: • Created hierarchy and subclasses for the equipment/asset registers.• Carried out detailed reliability (RCM) studies on maintainable plant. • Created asset hierarchy across 45K assets and gather relevant data.• Liaised closely with key internal/external stakeholders in the business.• Developed cross validation checks to enable team members to see tag status.• Utilised RCM techniques to determine the task, task type etc.• Provided technical, in-depth support for interface between construction and operations. ✪ Key Achievements ✪• Created a suite of Quality Assurance (QA) and control tools for the whole team (±10 people) that allowed users to validate that the written procedure for RCM tool was carried out, aligns safety specifications along with risk based inspections of what was being built. This led to increased plant safety. • Consolidated all ±40 units into a single dynamic form/report that allows access to previous studies serving as a pivotal guideline for future studies. (Reference Report)• Acted as Technical Assistant for project management and provided data, query results and reports on demand for the team lead. Achieved major costs savings as a result of strategic data manipulation.

► Multi faceted role with Performance Standard (PS) Alignment for Gorgon resulting from: 1. Gorgon Gas Plant reviews their performance standards and 2. Potential errors that were created while building the maintenance program. Main scopes of work included:• Established a PS Validation process that allowed the validation for each PS.• Cross checked documentation available in the PS Documents and JDE.• Validation included Asset Register Build, Model Work Order Validation.• Compiled report to PS Stakeholders and managed the solutions.✪ Key Achievement ✪• Selected by management to work at Wheatstone and successfully completed a full handover of project.

► Complex position where I provided technical support and advice on various projects with Bronze Ocean. Main scopes of work and daily activities included:• Delivered reliability and asset management support for proposals in Australia/Asia.• Worked closely with senior management teams and other stakeholders.• Developed many systems and tools including Asset Register/Hierarchy Visualisation Tool.• Technical support for the implementation of Electronic Maintenance Management App.

► Enjoyable role where I worked closely with Chevron team in order to consolidate maintenance tasks which were generated by RCM procedures. Main role duties consisted of:• Ensured all work was completed exactly as per specification and to standard. • Consolidated maintenance tasks generated by RCM teams into models and packages.• Analysed RCM tasks to establish their feasibility and effectiveness.• Managed the consolidation process of assigned units.• Aligned work order groupings of multidisciplinary engineers into efficient packages.• Updated the consolidated information with proposed modifications.• Worked closely with other maintenance and management stakeholders in the business.✪ Key Achievements ✪• Created a database that correlated and displayed relationships between assets, maintenance tasks and work order packages. This database allowed the user to improve their work order package grouping and would automatically find potential errors.• Created a Bad Actor Report Tool as a potential tool that grabs data from JDE and identifies the worst performers in a specific period. This tool is still being used by the reliability and engineer team in Chevron.• Successfully executed the PM duplication from Train 1 to Trains 2 and 3 in Gorgon Gas Plant.• Designed and implemented multiple algorithms that would estimate and report the resources required to execute preventive maintenance (PM) actions according to the created maintenance packages.• Managed the maintenance package duplication process, which consisted of replicating the consolidated maintenance packages to similar Gas Trains of similar assets making the process.

► Great opportunity in consultancy where I utilised diverse technical knowledge and understanding to assist a range of tier one clients with their asset management requirements across registers, libraries and spare parts. Provided asset management consultancy support for leading clients across the oil and gas, mining and chemical industries. Typical duties included:• Conducted asset management related workshops.• Analysed, estimated and optimised spare part inventories and worked with BOMs.• Designed useful computerised tools to manage, execute and control projects.• Created and implemented various maintenance libraries. • Manipulated and organised large volume of asset management related data.✪ Key Achievements ✪• Created a centralised database to manage around 7000 different spare parts distributed across more than 60,000 functional locations allowing the project to run more efficiently and smoothly.• Designed a spare part inventory calculator based on reliability, lead times and criticality data. This calculator was used to estimate inventory holdings on a major iron ore processing plant in the Karratha Area.• Developed, designed and implemented a statistical tool for conducting a pressure vessel fatigue analysis according to AS1210-2012.

► Supervised students’ thesis work including assisting with research and reviews. Lectured/tutored graduate & undergraduate students in: ■ Root Cause Analysis; Failure Mode Effect Analysis; Maintenance Info Systems; Reliability, Availability & Maintainability; Reliability Centred Maintenance; Neural Networks Forecasting.

► Working in the R&D division, I selected, installed and programmed instrumentation and control systems for a fluidised bed kiln used in the process of lime calcination. Also planned and executed technical modifications defined by management for R&D purposes.

► Short term role in Australia where I completed a range if asset tasks including: • Undertook corrective and preventative maintenance.• Supervise correct functioning of mobile and fixed crushing plants.• Design dust control pipelines; document maintenance programs and checklists; • Develop specifications for heavy machinery maintenance.• Elaborate technical drawings (Autocad) of parts and vehicles.• Elaborate and update JSA and SLAM documents.

► Managed all maintenance related activities including preventative maintenance planning, corrective maintenance troubleshooting; manage maintenance documentation including service manuals, maintenance procedures and machinery codification; manage special spare parts, supplier identification, and maintenance costs; manage and coordinate staff and plan resource requirements.

► Senior role where I managed mechanics, electricians and engineering students undertaking corrective maintenance (setups, servicing, machinery redesign) and preventative maintenance. ► Participated as a member of the safety and environmental committees; maintain ISO TS16949 documentation and present reports for audits; manage maintenance inventory and report on stocks.

► Oversaw ISO documentation for Bonem and vehicle manufacturers in Ecuador, Venezuela and Colombia. Participated in clutch development, production process analysis and audits.
