• As part of my role at this digital innovation agency, I translated and wrote eCom copy in English and Spanish for clients such as adidas, Reebok and Sears, making sure to maintain and reflect the brands’ image and identity.• I was also responsible for localizing copy into different variants of LATAM Spanish (Colombian, Peruvian, Mexican, Chilean and Argentinean) and maintaining a glossary for this purpose.• Along with the HR department, I was involved in the recruitment, testing and hiring process of another translator/copywriter who I later trained and line managed.• Using Excel and other project management tools, I organized our team’s time to meet challenging weekly delivery targets, always keeping the client updated on our progress.
