Working with company leave and disabilities policies to provide help and a clear explanation to employees and managers so they understand their responsibilities and rights.Coordinate leave requests with applicable time off policies, working with payroll in changes related to these (such as offset payments among others)Manage of local incident and complaint resolution, reviewing and escalating operational issues as necessary, ensure all work is compliant with relevant policies processes (state-mandated and internal), and laws, and contribute to the development of new operational policies and procedures.
