Oversees production and development of all original programming on broadcast and digital for local and national distribution for two PBS Stations in the second largest DMA in the US - KCET and PBS SoCal - and the national satellite network LINK TV.Executive Producer and creator of numerous award winning TV series, documentaries and digital shorts.

Producer of all interactive environments and applications of the newly opened state-of-the-art museum The Cell in Denver’s downtown arts complex. I managed a team of designers, developers and content producers, and worked closely with the museum’s Executive Director, Melanie Pearlman, to execute a clear vision for the space.

Producer of the gaming and education media literacy program, OpenPlay. Devis worked closely with staff from the IML, students and educators to create a multimedia curricula and digital platform for learning 21st Century Skills.

Winner of the ABC/DISNEY Fellowship for the film, Welcome to Tijuana, the story of a Salvadorian janitor and the border drug wars. The script was bought and developed under the auspices of the studio. It has been recently optioned by Dynamo Productions, a Latin American Production company. Devis was also part of the writer/development team for the daily daytime TV show One Life to Live.

Directed and wrote Tropical America an online game that traces the genesis of the 1981 massacre of El Mozote in El Salvador. The game was developed in collaboration with artists, academics, teachers, writers and high school students, the game features a bilingual, thematic gameplay, accompanied by an online database of educational resource materials, source texts and imagery.

Writer of the half-hour weekly show, Placas; a Spanish-speaking version of American Most Wanted. This TV show was the only latino “drama” produced in Los Angeles at the time. Devis experiences on the show led him to write the screenplay Welcome to Tijuana.
