Worked building Eventbrite's Android apps to allow event attendees to purchase tickets, check-in at events and discover interesting and exciting things to do right from their phone. We also built cutting edge tools allowing event organizers to sell tickets and check-in attendees right from their phone or tablet.

Delivered high quality mobile experiences for end customers that became valuable properties for partners and advertisers, allowing them to reach wider and more relevant audiences. Implemented anonymous usage tracking mechanisms throughout our applications to effectively discover usage patterns and user behaviors in order to taylor the user experience and provide more enjoyable and easy to use features. Maximized revenue generation by fine- tuning applications based on the metrics collected from end users.

Successfully designed and implemented multiple solution architectures, enabling DXC (Formerly CSC) Cross-Industry BPO to deliver top-of-the-line solutions for their customers. Oversaw the adoption of industry best practices and latest technologies across cross-functional teams, guaranteeing robust and scalable architectures that met customer demands. Spearheaded the re-architecture of FloodConnect, a complete Flood Insurance processing and management system for insurers that issue National Flood Insurance (NFIP) policies. It includes Web-based software, hosted by DXC (Formerly CSC), and a range of customer-focused services to round out the customer’s federal flood insurance program.
