Former consultant with experience in crafting business unit strategies focused on financial services. Pivoted my career towards startups, wanting to be part of a company going from 0 to 1, led by a great vision. So far my career has been filled with different great experiences:- Started in Business Intelligence, focused on crafting hard skills and data analysis- Then worked on management consulting, where I learned about strategy, frameworks, problem-solving, and storytelling- Transitioned to working in a bank, working on strategy but where I could own execution. Worked really hard. Took part in big projects bank-wide, and learned how to lead a team- Joined Favo. Worked as a generalist focused on Growth and Strategy, helped the company 25x (to $60m ARR) within a year, working closely with the co-founders to drive sales and growth- Moved to Brazil to learn how to launch new cities/countries from veterans in the field (ex Didi, 99, Rappi, Uber, etc.). Led the launch of Campinas, São Paulo, and was responsible for building and leading Perú's expansion team from scratch (reaching $2m MRR)- Lead a team of 55+ people to increase LTV and profitability- Built a new business unit. Owned and managed ~50% of Favo PnL, and tested multiple new business models to support Favo’s profitability- Finally, worked as acquisition leader to acquire customers directly. Tested multiple channels, strategies, and growth tactics, but the timing wasn’t right. Favo shut down operations on Feb 24'.This journey has been a very rewarding rollercoaster, currently, I’m learning and investing in crypto, and taking a few months to decide what my next challenge will be.In my spare time, I like to learn and invest in crypto, run and trail run, swim in open water, practice muay thai, and overall train hard (currently preparing for my first marathon in Lima 42k - 05/19/2024, and after that, my first Ironman 70.3).

GrowthFavo Nov 2023 - Feb 2024PerúFavo changed focus to directly acquire customers. Learned that directly acquiring customers was non-scalable due to high CAC (tested 5+ channels and did dozens of experiments), but managed to reduce LAC (leaders/intermediaries between customers and Favo) to its historical lowest (~50% reduction). We realized that sending coupons to everyone wasn’t the best strategy to increase LTV and that strengthening the value proposition (e.g. better pricing) will drive the activation rate, which… Show more Favo changed focus to directly acquire customers. Business Strategy Jr. AssociateBanco De Crédito Bcp Sep 2019 - Jun 2020PerúLearned how to be a leader (led a team of 4 people). It was hard at first, nobody teaches you how to lead, but is a skill you need to work on to bring the best out of your team. Finally got it right and got to generate ~$23m in cost savings and $6m in ARR (the later was generated within 2 months on the project). The pandemic hit, realized that I wasn’t a big fan of politics, and wanted to take part in building stuff. -
