I'm in charge of managing the content strategy and organic communication channels.Accomplishments:• Zero to over 130k organic audience in social media in under 3 years.• Email marketing openings averaging over 28% and CTA of 4.5%.• A priceless empathic relationship with users, not common at all for a bank. • I was chosen for a quarter-year acceleration project in Silicon Valley.• A multi-format content strategy running across the whole funnel.

Eliminate Dengue is a worldwide effort led by Monash University, World Mosquito Programme and supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation that aims to eradicate Dengue, Zika, and Chikungunya with a clever, scientific approach. I coordinated media for them in Colombia.Accomplishments:• Refactoring of programme image and storytelling prior to countrywide expansion. • Creation of social media approach design for the project.

Government Programme created to help vulnerable population make the best of technology through communication, content, and social appropriation of digital culture.Accomplishments:• Launching a whole new smart city web portal that reached 200k organic visitors in its first year.• Social media organic audience growth of 250% in 3 years in charge of the strategy.• Implementation of a close collaboration culture with web developers and UI designers.• Successful coordination of a team that started with 3 people and ended up with 18 people.

El Tiempo is the largest media group in Colombia and as a Journalist there I got the chance of publishing for a handful of different outlets aiming to diverse audiences.Accomplishments• Formal proposal and creation of the first Twitter account of ADN newspaper (@ADNmedellin), which is still operating.• Opening up a permanent, for science journalism and technology in the first nation-wide free newspaper in the country.
