And later I ended up managing the projects, including HCM, Reporting, Risk Analysis, Resources Forecasting, Invoicing, Client Communication (involving teams from France, UK, India and Netherlands), Product steering, Requirements Analysis, Cross-team Governance and collaboration, Workflows Design, Training Paths design, scrum ceremonies facilitation and many more.

I guess The Times does not need a summary. I participated in several projects with slightly different roles. More prominently front end feature work and platforms work: Managing and upgrading frontend frameworks (React, Apollo, Pretty Lights, etc.). Cloud Management (GCP, AWS, Kubernetes). Developer Tooling and Agility (Chrome Extensions, Github integrations, Integration Bots, ...). Client Satisfaction Metrics collection (Datadog).

Small-sized IT company based in New York -it went from 50 to around 160 employees while I was there-, which had offices in the Dominican Republic. Besides the engineering positions, I filled some other internal management roles for the company, including Acting CTO, Secretary for the Board of Directors (Madness), Offsite Facilitator, Coach, and Product Owner, among some others.

Condé Nast is the global mass media company that owns publication brands including Vogue, The New Yorker, GQ, Glamour, Architectural Digest, Vanity Fair, Pitchfork, Wired, and Bon Appetit among many others. I filled a variety of roles including full-stack, front end, Product support, and coaching.

Maximum Processing used to offer Stingray, a modular browser-based solution for Insurance Companies. It included property and casualty, billing, claims, reinsurance, DMV, imaging, Credit Card, General Ledger, Comparative Raters, Clue reporting, and many other third-party interfaces. The tech stack was based on Stingray's own system, a modified web server with customizations in graphic PascalScript modules, pulling from a SQL Server database, with reports powered by GhostDraft, and then HTML, CSS, Jquery and more.

I was hired to manage the computerization of the office, including all external interfaces with the Department of Justice, the Ministry of Finance, banks and Registry circuits, Personal Data Protection, IT management and other external services. Once all the systems and procedures were implemented and running, I ended up taking on other Notary roles like deeds drafting (purchasing contracts, mortgages, new building declarations, business operations, leases, powers, wills, …), Government Digital Indexes updates, Archive management, Deed Copies, etc.

Full-stack work: Implementation and maintenance of the several online sites of the Department, internal applications, and Databases. GIS expert. Graphic expert. Support end-users care. Technologies: JSP, PHP, Oracle Forms and WebDB, CSS, HTML, javascript, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash and Freehand, Autocad, ESRI ArcSDE, ArcIMS, ArcMap, and ArcView, among others.
