- Knowledge on Request for Information (RFI) and Certifications.- Ensure project schedule is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines, and report regularly project status.- Supervise staff carring out plans, programs, and activities.- Assist the project manager for submittal creation or evaluation.- Make change orders according to the client requirements.

- Work as SQE for validation of new materials received from different suppliers.- Process Validation knowledge from Test Method Validation, Process Characterization, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification Performance Qualification (OQPQ).

•Responsible for validating the sealing and packaging process for new products•Conduct installation qualification, process characterization, operational and performance qualifications•Create and update manufacturing procedures to comply with the requirements of the new product or processes implemented•Conduct PFMEA and HVI evaluation for new or possible risks as part of the implementation of new processes•Evaluate and design new tools for laser marking process•Knowledge in vision inspection (PID) and laser marking (Telesis & Cobra) systems

•Ensure systems are running according to necessary specifications and operate within regulations of the production quality products•Establish validation standards, testing, develop protocols (VCM, IQ and FAI), equipment assessment and test results•Provide guidance to regarding design concepts and specification requirements of the equipment and manufacturing techniques•Ensure compliance with company programs procedures and applicable quality system regulations and standards

•In charge of inspecting the work in the field from 5 different groups making sure that the manufactured piping lines are well oriented and contain all the components according to the established requirements from the isometric’s drawings.•Make redlines to the isometrics as needed.
