I designed and created a novel online platform to collect over 1,000 inputs from members of civil society and academia worldwide to enrich UN policy on environmental sustainability at the 2nd UN Environment Assembly. I led the UN System Wide framework of Strategies (SWFS) coordination which helps to strategically align the environmental sustainability initiatives of 51 UN agencies, funds, and programs member of the UN Environment Management Group (EMG). I also served as Lead Author to the annual Synthesis Report of this mechanism.Also served as an adviser and senior researcher to the UNEP Inquiry into the Design of a Sustainable Financial System in its work with the G20 Sustainable Climate Sustainability Working Group. Specifically looking at the alignment of International Finance to NDCs, digital finance (fintech) for Sustainable Development, and sustainable infrastructure financing. -

The World We Want Platform hosts the UN and civil society official open consultation for post-2015 (see www.worldwewant2015.org), and it is a space that consolidates civil society input to policy making. It is a joint venture between the UN and civil society, led by the Policy Strategy Group for WWW2015. The Policy Strategy Group is formed by various civil society organizations and UN institutions. The platform is facilitated by UNDG, managed by UNMC on their behalf. -
