Juan Felipe Pons, partner of Think In Lean S.L. He began his professional career in Architecture, Engineering and Construction in 1997. In 2008 he began his research and creation of the method that today gives name to his company and methodology: THINK IN LEAN.Think In Lean S.L. was created in 2021 as a result of years of implementation and improvement of the method that today is one of the best known and disseminated internationally in the application of Lean methodologies in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry.

THE FLOW BUILDING WORKSHOP is an educational workshop we have created under the THINK IN LEAN brand. It has been specially designed as an educational tool for the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry, under the approach of Lean Management and Lean Construction. The dynamic has been successfully carried out in many cities of Spain (Pamplona, Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Castellón, Logroño, etc.), providing great moments of learning and fun.In April 2016 we hosted this Workshop in Manchester's Media City UK, attended by Managers, Architects and Engineers from the Manchester area, as well as Professors and Students from the MSc Project Management at the University of Salford.
