• US Affiliate Company from Atesvi S.L., specialized in bridge construction and precast concrete operations in portable facilities, headquartered in Irving, Texas. • During this period, managed the affiliate start–up process, and the performance of 50 million dollars contracts (2013). Successfully completed the precast concrete temporary facility project in Irving, Texas, in which close to 2,000 concrete beams and 1.5 million Sf of concrete panels were manufactured and transported. Monitor and coordinate new product design and development with Technical, QC and Production Department. Several proposals for major PPP in Texas (El Paso, Fort Worth, Irving) and Middle East (Qatar, Saudi Arabia), were coordinated and submitted, being awarded in Saudi Arabia to build and operate a precast concrete temporary facility for Riyhad Metro.

• Spanish company specialized in road & railway bridge construction, with their own equipment: movable scaffolding systems, portable precast concrete facilities, launching girders for precast concrete elements, and concrete tunnel forms.• Annual revenue: 30 million Euros. In this period, 3 portable facilities were implemented in the Spanish territory. Developed the company strategic expansion overseas. A major agreement was reached to set a temporary precast concrete facility in Irving, Texas, and perform a multi million contract, after a negotiation process extended from Dec 2010 to October 2011.

Precast concrete bridge division was implemented, Three temporary facilities to precast prestressed concrete beams for roadway and railway projects were installed and more than 40 civil construction projects build, including high speed railway, major highways and emblematic bridges.
