Installations of parts and upgrades increased 4-fold over 5 years. Annual orders processed increased from 500 to over 2,000 with an average of 4 lines each. The scaling of this project was tremendous, not only did the teams ramp up quickly to process the increase in orders, but as the systems matured the complexity and number of components per system increased as well. Processes were designed so that team members were cross-trained, commonalities were identified and the use of current technology was maximized in order to maintain the same amount of staff.Qualified and negotiated a contract manufacturing partner for an international build of proprietary technology for the golf simulators. This allowed Full Swing to increase volumes of the hardware at an accelerated pace. Streamlined the offerings of AV electronics to simplify the selling process, installation and the supply chain. This gave Full Swing the ability to give customers a better experience and a reduced number of service and support calls due to projector failures.Established critical relationships with key vendors and suppliers as well as third party logistics solutions which later lead to funding for research and development to further the Full Swing Brand. These partnerships helped to continue Full Swing’s operation during the pandemic without major disruptions. Increased payment terms were negotiated in exchange for blanket orders and payment guarantee. This worked well for all and strengthened the relationships significantly and even represented savings and cost avoidance of over $3 Million in 2019, $1 Million in 2020, $2Million in 2021 and close to $4 Million in 2022.
