My professional experince includes providing design, drafting, and construction managment services for 19 years, while amassing an impressive inventory of experience related to water, wastewater, desalination projects, and microfiltration projects. Primary roles have included assisting engineers in designing, drafting, and preparing engineering and construction documents for municipal water treatment, conveyance and distribution, wastewater, drainage, and thoroughfare facilities. Juan is adept at surveying and drafting software, including AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Eaglepoint & ARC GIS civil design software. I have also been involved in project representation and have overseen the construction of various projects, including reviewing plans and specifications, submittal review and overseeing construction crews during the construction phase, and as-built drawings post construction.I attended Texas State Technical College in Harlingen, where I studied mechanical, electrical, and architectural drafting and design. At TSTC I received an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Drafting and Design Technology. I have began completing course work towards an engineering degree.
