- Developing and implementing the country’s merchandising strategy for kids, therefore being very involved with how the market develops and catch new trends to keep up to date.- Adapting the global communication of the company to the country's strategies- Developing and building the layouts for different sports and how they should be implemented in more than 80 stores- Organising my tasks based to the different projects, in order to thrive in a fast paced environment, making sure that we meet the deadline accurately in order of priority. - Studying the different current market trends and analysing economic figures to understand where our effortes should be implemented, and understand the ROI we have with each project.

-Developing the marketing and business plan in order to launch a new device that was connected on the back of the helmet with an accelerator in order to show drivers when you are braking, and also a movement sensor that with a head knock, would activate a turning light. This was all meant to maximise the security of bike and scooter riders. It finally could not be launched due to logistic problems due to the pandemic.

• Establishing Real Valladolid Football Club’s online store in Amazon, from the design of the website to uploading and creating all items available to our customers.• Creation of weekly reports based on different KPIS, providing clarity to the business on the strengths and weaknesses of our e-commerce business. This also contributed to oversight of areas of enhancement to maximise our opportunities.• Managing and preparing timely purchase orders, according to Amazon’s standards. • Overseeing the club’s warehouse and stock, ensuring it was well distributed and assigned (b teams, store, e- commerce...), including creating weekly reports on the status of stock in order to ensure full control.• Assisting clients on a daily basis to maximise their purchasing experience and management of the relationships with providers, ensuring the quality of their products and processes.

• Support in managing the relationship with our football assets(RC Celta, Real Valladolid, Valencia CF, Real Oviedo, Cadiz CF, Real Zaragoza and the Spanish Football Federation)• Direct management of the relationship with our 25 futsal assets and fully assisting in fulfillment of their requirements• Daily use of SAP: Placing/tracking orders, managing stock and knowledge of multiple different transactions
