I have experience in personnel management and administration, team leadership, creation of strategies to improve customer service, personnel training and likewise, soft skills training, quality metrics analysis, compliance with KPIs, coordination and execution of budgets, evaluation of proposals for the improvement of the organization's processes and management of solutions for employees and clients. In addition to this, I use tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Office and design programs from the Adobe suite.
