I have over two years of experience in logistics management, warehouse operations, and supply chain operations, which I gained from working as a shipper/receiver at the same company and as a prep and flow co-worker at IKEA.I am passionate about providing excellent service and quality to our clients, while also optimizing the processes and systems of our warehouse. I work with a team of dedicated and skilled warehouse staff, who I support and empower through training, coaching, and feedback. I also collaborate with other departments and stakeholders, such as sales, customer service, and suppliers, to ensure smooth and timely communication and coordination.
