Monitors Metrics to demonstrate project implementation.Financial and Contract Oversight:Assists in managing an $11 million budget for a federally funded program, ensuring adherence to fiscal policies and compliance requirements.Conference Planning and Execution:Leads the planning and logistical arrangements for national public health conferences, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.In-Person Workshop Coordination:Assist all aspects of in-person workshop organization, from collateral design to executing detailed travel logistics.Event and Logistics Leadership:Has assisted in the logistical planning and implementation for leadership committee meetings, arranging all aspects of travel, accommodations, and dining for external public health leaders, and managing detailed reimbursements.
