I participated in projects in the USA, implementing planning tools as well as cost estimates and control for new constructions of support vessels in Offshore Wind Power and other projects in the O&G industry.I successfully ensured on-time and on-budget deliveries, managed risks, and promoted operational efficiency. My last project before being transferred from Bram was the successful implementation of the Contract Management Module at the company's headquarters in the USA. This project encompassed all fleet vessels operating in the USA, Gulf of Mexico, Alaska, and Guyana.

As a Project manager I have worked on projects for major clients such as SpaceX, ExxonMobil, Viking Cruises, Ørsted/Eversource, and Venture Global LNG. I currently work in the Project Management team involved in new constructions and conversions for the O&G industry, leisure (cruise) and renewable energy (offshore wind farms). One of my greatest accomplishments was to develop and unify the newbuild program between multiple shipyards, helping senior managers to get better information by transforming data into useful business insights, and supporting strategic planning.My daily activities include but are not limited to:-Review contract requirements and define project scope (WBS), developing master schedules, applying risk management, controlling schedules and budget. -Analyze project progress using Earned Value Management (EVM) and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements-Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases of multiple shipyards.-Design Business Intelligence reports turning unrelated sources of data into easy-to-digest reports.Projects I have worked on:-Viking Cruises: I worked from the initial project planning, through project execution, and control. Viking Mississippi Cruise, 450’x75’ has 5 decks and hosts 386 guests.-SpaceX: Two multi-purpose recovery ships (Bob and Doug) designed and converted for SpaceX requirements to modernize the recovery fleet and support new missions. -Ørsted/Eversource: Working on planning and estimates for a Wind farm Service Operation Vessel. The SOV is an integral part of the operation and maintenance of the offshore wind farms in the northeast United States.-ExxonMobil: Two new build tugs to support Exxon’s operations in Guyana.-Venture Global LNG: Four new build tractor tugs designed for tasks such as ship docking and marine construction.
