I am responsible for the implementation of connections into Bloomberg's Broker TradeBook. These platforms utilize FIX protocol. To meet the individual needs of each client, I work with their technical and business contacts to streamline and customize each connection into their proprietary or third party vendor Order Management System. I configure and test TCP/IP connectivity to our Production and QA environments and run thorough FIX certification in QA prior to releasing new FIX sessions in Production.Integration into Bloomberg's internal systems (AIM/SSEOMS/EMSX). This involved discussing all aspects of the project and Order flow from Buy side, Sell side, Hedge Funds (Direct, FIX network, Service Bureau) Order flow to Brokers and tech only solutions. Order flow to all Global Exchanges Inbound Drop Copies/Stage orders FIX trade feed.
