Ensuring all HR Processes and Services are effectively provided to the Transformers Plant employees, focusing on (but not limited to): - Talent Attraction, Hiring, and Onboarding (Blue collar) - Employee Engagement - Labor Relations - Payroll and Social Security - Resolving any conflict between employees and teams - Leading the deployment of SE culture in the plant - Leading the daily relationship with Union representatives - Leading the Internal Communications for the Plant - Translating HR KPIs into action plans to improve their performance

In charge of deploying training, communications, and guidelines of Talent Management Processes at different capacities (local, regional, global), focusing on (but not limited to):- Performance Management- Career Management- Succession Planning- Talent KPIs- ERP usage and functionality- Business Process Analyst to implement global ERP- Maintaining Global Job Codes for NAM region, aligning with global team directions- Providing level 1 support for end users of PeopleSoft (Talent Management modules) for Mexico- Leading the efforts to harmonize Talent Management practices for employees of newly acquiredorganizations (+350 employees impacted)

Ensuring the effectiveness and timeliness of all the Internal Communications, serving the needs of all the functional areas of the SUPSA Plant- Implementing and maintaining the Internal Communications System for the Plant- Developing and implementing action plans to improve employee engagement (Great Place To Work)- Designing internal communication strategy to strengthen employee alignment to EHS guidelines- Coordinating Events (Townhall meetings, celebrations, etc.)

Ensuring the effectiveness and timeliness of all the Internal Communications, serving the needs of all the functional areas of the Puebla Plant- Coordinating all training events for the plant- Leading onboarding activities for all new hires- Recruiting blue collar employees- Implementing and maintaining the Internal Communications System for the Plant- Developing and implementing action plans to increase employee engagement (Great Place To Work)- Designing internal communication strategy to strengthen employee alignment to EHS guidelines- Coordinating Events (Townhall meetings, celebrations, etc.)
