As an Account Representative at Ave Maria Mutual Funds, I began as a summer intern and have had the privilege to continue in this role part-time during the school year and currently full time. My primary responsibility is to assist potential clients by providing detailed information and guidance about our mutual funds and related investment processes. Key responsibilities are as follows:1. Explaining basic fund data by leading detailed discussions on expense ratios, historic returns, Morningstar categories, fund holdings, investment strategies, buy/sell disciplines, and risk/reward levels.2. Providing clarification of our screening process and the role of our Catholic Advisory Board in fund selection.3. Simplifying common tax rules for clients to help them understand the implications of their investments.4. Educating clients on common IRA rules to ensure they make informed decisions about their retirement accounts.5. Offering clear and concise information on the transfer process to facilitate smooth transitions for our clients.6. Assisting clients with completing necessary forms, navigating AveMariaFunds.com, making literature requests, and addressing any random questions they may have.Through my role, I aim to provide exceptional customer service by being a knowledgeable and reliable resource for clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our funds and investment processes.
