Bottom line...they want to know our company cares and delivers on promises.Forward thinkining and creativity has helped me find the right solutions many times. I find you must be adaptable to change and be ready to change direction at any time. Communication and collaboration are priceless! Having that quality will see you through even the toughest scenarios.I believe in the term "Team Player". You have to be results driven even when you might fail at something that you were 100% sure was going to work. Get back up, start over, and show 'em what you got!Most of all, you have to enjoy people! Be sincere, truthful, positive, but tough when you have to be. Helping someone do better and perform better is the goal. You can feel really good that you were a part of that, it says a lot about you.Helping people feel valued and realize that they are part of your facilities success is HUGE.
