 Responsible for all outside parts and services for manufacturing/machining company, including creating purchase orders. Work with vendors to schedule and expedite parts and processes as needed to meet internal production needs. Process job travelers through the manufacturing process including external process tracking and maintaining certification documentation. Ensure final inspection has complete product packaging including customer blueprints, specifications, process and inspection certification to meet customer documentation requirements. Coordinate product logistics between manufacturing, drivers and outside process vendors to meet production schedule. Assist Customer Service in providing order status to end customers.
