Managed a technical assistance grant program totaling over $1 million annually for a national place-based community change initiative using a two-generation approach to alleviate poverty, increase employment, improve early childhood care, increase quality education and cultivate resident leaders.Facilitated and managed learning networks of local and national expert consultants in the community development field, to share effective strategies through peer to peer technical assistance matches, and large-scale conferencesDeveloped organizational development and capacity building trainings on results-based accountability; developing and implementing a TA infrastructure; and results-based facilitation skills Provided continuous program improvement and evaluation through ongoing needs assessments, training design, establishment of results-based performance measures, and outcomes tracking. Served as Project Director for coordination of $1million training and technical assistance grant for a national systems reform initiative to prevent young children’s exposure to violence Managed an annual $1.5 million project budget, and supervised project staff and national consultants.Brokered training and technical assistance for nine cities and two tribes on topics ranging from domestic violence prevention, court reform, early childhood best practices, place-based leadership, etc; developed an annual assessment of community needs and monitored communities progress towards achieving their goals. Developed relationships with local and national technical assistance providers to create a robust learning network available to support the eleven communities. Provided strategic consultation to initiative leaders, planned and facilitated annual cross-site meetings for over 150 participants, developed content for two websites, and conducted annual visits to initiative sites to assess their technical assistance needs

Conducted program evaluations for two counseling and creative arts programs, including development of outcome and measurement tools and logic models with program staff, conducted data analysis and presentation of results to facilitate discussion of future program planning and developmentResearched and developed grant proposal for new programs and initiatives.
