Responsable of administrating all data related to Leads, Costs, sources, stages, Collect and organize so I could concentrate in one place, and then create and update a Power BI Dashboard that could reflect budgets, performance, efficiency of all these marketing costs, have the real estate agents accountable of their leads, and on a Weekly meeting, determined the focused and directions the business was taking.

Real Estate Data Analysis, I Developed a dashboard to show my client, How many leads she had on her CRM, using Excel to export this data, using CONCAT and SPLIT formulas I cleaned and organized this information, and using my personal server that I run through Microsoft Azure, I created a data base dedicated for her business where I added all the information into one table, To Visualize via PowerBI, The goal thanks to this is so my client can determined the quality of the leads she had and the budget she had to spend on an ISA so these leads can still generate some revenue

Working for Mario Mariscal I collected and organized the transactions and closing information using google sheets and excel, in this project I used 2 Visualization tools, Tableau and Pivot tables per request of my client, Through Azure I created a new SQL Database and imported the data I previously collected, Adding a basic Query to get percentages of Commissions and fees (based on my clients needs I created 2 separate interactive dashboards( The client could see the amount of: Sales Volume, net commissions, Referral fees, Broker Fees, TC Fees, Agent split commissions, on this dashboard the Client could Visualized the amount of business he was generating, How much he was paying in referrals, how much his agents we're making, and how much he was paying for transaction, This Helped him to switch strategies, investing in Marketing for brand awareness so he can generate more organic leads and not pay for referral leads, this also will help him determine if more marketing budget was worth then Referral fees. This also will help him determined how fast his business was growing even when the Market was slow.

Collecting data from different sources, Emails & CRM, Cleaning a data base in Excel, using "concatenate","Sum", "VLOOKUP", formulas to remove and organize to later Export the data into a SQL data base using Azure ( Basic Phyton and Javascript was used as well ), using Power BI I created an interactive dashboard that Reflected and visualized How many leads the company received per week, the type of lead, source, the cost, how many of these leads we're called within first 24 hrs, how many of those became an appointment, Client get to visualize all his data, and because of this Client knew what was happening with these leads, if his team was performing the way they supposed to, this helped him make decisions about where to spend his marketing money, his team performance an budget adjustments.
