Projects and main achievements• Latam project leader SAP Business Objects implementation. Documentation, users training, dashboards development for finance, operations, commercial and supply chain was part of my responsibilities. Duration 12 months.• Project leader PMDB (Pocket Margin Database) and Line Costing implementation for Latin America. Two Business Intelligence tools useful to support the senior management making decision process; profitability at customer, segment and SKU level and cost to produce at plant, work center and SKU level. Duration 2 years. Budget USD 200K• Project leader SAP Business Warehouse relaunch in Latin America. Duration 5 months. Documentation, users training, and platform support were part of my responsibilities.

Key process for the main Amcor customer.• Colombia project team leader for SAP MRO (Maintenance Repair & Overhaul) implementation; Optimization and improvements in the spare’s management inventories and plant maintenance planning.• Bar codes reader devices implementation for Amcor Latam spares locations using SAP GuiXT Mobile technology, achieving up 50%-time reduction to physical inventories and spares movements.• Local team coordinator in the SAP Archiving Project, accomplishing with the regional schedule and corporate documentation.• Local team coordinator in the SAP Transportation Module implementation, in order to automates the freights calculation and routes definitions.• IT Budget responsible for the fiscal years 10/11, 11/12, 12/13 (BU > USD 0.8MM).• Support all the project activities; Infrastructure, networking and physical installation of new administrative offices in Bogotá. Projects and main achievements• Analysis and design of Service Desk implementation applying ITIL best practices.• Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition 10 administrator. Responsible for ensuring that all computers had the antivirus installed and were functioning correctly, that LiveUpdate was running and updating the database on the systems, configuring security policies, reviewing the viruses detected in the console, and verifying files in quarantine.• Technology Infrastructure design of the main laboratory diagnostic facility.• Technology Infrastructure design of the laboratory diagnostic facility SUPERLAB.
