Prepared a course for improving leadership in the chain of command. Fostered and maintained relationships with external agencies and authorities and managed all internal functions.I headed a team of 65 military staff members and 2 engineers as Base Commander in an Air Surveillance Squadron (Radar Station and Communications Centre). I steered and supported efforts for safety, security, and maintenance of camp and vehicles. I analysed progress of all activities of the Unit, and created accurate reports related to facilities, technical equipment, and training issues. After changing the unit training system we obtained best results ever in the annual evaluation. -
