Soy un emprendedor y líder en tecnología con más de 15 años de experiencia en TI, especializado en fintech e infraestructura avanzada en la nube. Actualmente, soy CTO y cofundador de Akua, mi segunda startup como fundador y la cuarta en la que he trabajado, con una misión clara: transformar el ecosistema de pagos en América Latina. En Akua, estamos construyendo una plataforma cloud-native de nueva generación, diseñada para resolver los retos de los sistemas de adquirencia tradicionales, ofreciendo escalabilidad, seguridad y eficiencia en cada transacción.He tenido la suerte de trabajar en empresas pioneras como IBM, PedidosYa, dLocal y Pomelo, cada una aportando un aprendizaje invaluable. En IBM, comprendí los procesos y estándares de la industria bancaria, lo que me dio una base sólida en sistemas empresariales y ciberseguridad. En PedidosYa, descubrí lo que significa escalar una startup tecnológica, asegurando que cada sistema soporte millones de usuarios activos y posicionando a la empresa como líder en la región.En dLocal, lideré la transformación de la infraestructura cloud cuando la compañía se preparaba para su IPO en NASDAQ, gestionando una plataforma que soportaba millones de transacciones en mercados como América Latina, África y Asia. Esta experiencia me mostró que no existen barreras para innovar a escala global. Como uno de los primeros empleados en Pomelo, tuve la oportunidad de construir una empresa tecnológica desde cero. Fue allí donde aprendí cómo estructurar infraestructura, seguridad y equipos para sostener un crecimiento rápido y seguro, estableciendo una base sólida para la expansión fintech en América Latina.Además, fundé y lideré una startup de servicios B2B en tecnología, gestionando un equipo de 15 personas y una cartera de más de 30 clientes.
