-Designed and managed Troops.ai signals through Slack that ensured the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Solution Engineering Teams had real-time notifications on their prospects – led to 50% reduction in the requests solution time.-Resolved EMEA and US Deal Desk’s 50+ weekly outstanding issues, such as Terms & Condition edit requests by the client, and ultimately verifying closed won deals met Finance and Legal standards and initial closed date timeline.-Manipulated SFDC data to calculate complex fields not accessible on Salesforce by exporting to Google Sheets/Excel and using vlookups, ifs, sumifs and index match to complete projects for Salesforce Admin Team.-Created and edited new fields in our Sandbox environment on our standard/ custom objects in order to fullfill executive/manager requests.
