BitLab (Bioinformatics and Information Technologies Laboratory) is a research group that belongs to the Computer Architecture Department at the University of Málaga.I am focused on using Cloud Computing and MapReduce frameworks (like Hadoop) for bioinformatics and biomedicine related projects.

I worked as an Area Manager in a Telecommunication Company (ALO) focused on the development of services with high demand of bandwidth (ALO had an LMDS license), IP networks and Internet. I was responsible for the development team.

I was responsible for the development of a customized CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution for a Multinational Telecommunications Company (RSL Com).

I managed the implementation process of a complete HIS (Hospital Information System) including an ERP (enterprise resource planning software based on Oracle), Human Resources (Meta4) and Electronic Health Record (Aurora from Shared Medical Systems).

Developer in a software development company (GIM) focused on Information Systems for local and regional government institutions. I designed and developed several components and modules of the main product of the company.
