I have been working in the software industry for many years.Enough time to understand how human interaction with the computer can be so painful at times.That's why I focus now on usability issues more than on technology as I had done before.Ever since I have had a knack to make usable user interfaces, with whatever technology, even before "usability" was a buzz word.For example users of my software were able to handle work loads 3 to 7 times bigger with the same headcount.In 1998, while working for an online store, I started to study Usability to be able to do it purposefully, instead of intuitively as I had been doing for decades.My prior experience, and all that I studied, now enables me to help and teach others how to build interfaces that the users love.Specialties: Usability, Heuristic Evaluation, UI, HCI, User Interface Design, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SQL, COBOL, FORTRAN
